Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Pakistan only (Domestic Shipping).

Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city and courier partner availability.

Remote or rural locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• A base shipping fee of Rs. 300 is applicable on all orders across Pakistan.

• Final shipping charges may vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Urban Cart is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Address

Urban Cart is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you receive a damaged product or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
